The nearest centre is not always the easiest centre.

Before you choose, check:

  • travel time
  • public transport
  • parking
  • lift or step-free access
  • appointment availability
  • whether the time works with your ID and arrival checks

GOV.UK says you need an email address, a debit or credit card and an accepted form of ID to book.

The name on your booking must match the name on the ID you use.

If you need extra help because of a disability, make the request when you book.
